When should I Arrive?

How do I get tickets?

All evening performances start at 7:30 PM and doors open at 6:30 PM. Sunday matinee's performances start at 2:30 PM and doors open at 1:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

How Long are the performances?

Most performances are about 2 hours, including a 20-minute intermission

What should I wear?

You do you! We're not fussy, but we are fairly whimsical. Be comfortable and wear whatever makes you feel your best.

Where to Park?

Downtown Springfield, MO, offers several parking options for visitors. There are multiple parking garages, lots, and on-street parking spaces available. The parking garages are generally centrally located, providing easy access to the area's restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Some popular parking facilities include the Heer’s Car Park, College Station Car Park, and the Jordan Valley Car Park. Additionally, many spots offer free parking after certain hours in the evening and on weekends. Always check the signs for specific regulations and time limits.

Where is the Box Office or "Will Call" at the Gilloz Theatre?

The Box Office and Will Call are located directly outside the Gillioz Theatre’s front entrance on 325 Park Central East. The Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST). The Box Office opens one hour before doors on show dates.

When can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?

Will Call tickets are printed THREE DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW. Tickets can be picked up during Box Office Hours (M-F 10:00AM – 4:00PM) or the Will Call window opens ONE HOUR BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN on the show date. For specific door and show times visit the “EVENTS” page or call 417-863-9491

Is the Theatre handicapped accessible?

Yes, we have spaces that are wheelchair accessible on the floor along with companion seats. These ADA tickets are available by request for every show, but must be purchased by calling 417-863-9491.
